Our menu changes frequently as we use local seasonal produce. We try to keep the website copy up to date but availability of some dishes may change day to day.
On busy days, we occasionally need to stop offering bar food to 'walk in' customers for a short period to allow the kitchen to catch up with orders.
With log fires, a 'chocolate-box' setting, beautiful decorations, and a warm welcome, we have plenty to offer for the festive season.
Available 29 Novemeber - 24 December. There will be a new menu from Boxing Day
Download the December Menu.
A set menu is available for groups (Deposit and pre-order required).

Snacks will be available in the bar, handy if you are out for a stroll in our beautiful contryside.

Christmas Day: Kitchen - Closed | Bar 12 - 2pm
Boxing Day: Kitchen 12 - 4pm | Bar 11:30 - 5pm

New Years Day: Closed
You can visit us by canoe, kayak etc. Please 'park' your boat in the garden so the decking areas remain clear.
Parking space has become an issue, please don't rely on launching here as parking preference
will be given to patrons who remain on the premises. Our overflow car park is locked until the pub opens.
Subject to available parking, launching/return is generally permitted Monday to Friday from 10:30am. Over the weekend,
launching is available once the pub opens (11:30 Saturday,
12:00 Sunday & Bank Holidays). The riverside garden closes at dusk so you must be back by then.
Please come and see us before launching any craft. There is a charge of £10 per adult & £5 per child to launch. This amount
can be redeemed at full value on purchases at the bar on the date issued.
Things change from time to time, so please check here regularly.
